Scene of crime: Swimming poolBen was found dead, stabbed to death. No one was allowed to leave the pool until the detective finds the murderer. The detective searched inside every bag and every area of the pool but could not find even a sharp object.
Finally, he found a thermos flask inside Lan's bag. She was charged with murder.
What was the detective thinking to charge her with murder?
**Afternote: This is a logic question which requires scientific knowledge. Clue lies with thermos flask.
**Afternote Part Two: All suspects are in the swimming pool compound. Wet or dry does not matter. Victim Ben is found stabbed, doesn't matter wet or dry also. Thermos flask found with Lan is not broken hence she cannot kill him with the glass. Remember, Ben was stabbed.

Hmm... U said crime of scene is swimming pool.. and no one is allowed to leave the pool till the murderer is found.. so the suspects are all inside the pool or outside the pool (ie. wet or dry)? Then Ben was found dead while lying on the side of the pool , inside the pool or what ?
