我是没良心的 (I have no conscience) - SUPERSTAR SPOILER!

Why did I say that?

I had tickets to watch Project Superstar and since it was the Revival rounds and there is NO SOUL in the revival round that I support, I went with a neutral stance. I did not support anybody. I only wanted to try and see if I can spot other contestants (aka Hong Jun Yang, Chen Wei Lian, Chen Guo Qiang, Xie Wei Choong) which I did! I saw Chen Guo Qiang!! He's so cute!! I'm in love with him!!

Anyway, so I was there with some colleagues and friends (Kit and another person who graciously decided to go to gain some "exposure" and also to avoid wastage of tickets. I think he wants to be talent-spotted. That's all. Say so many excuses for what???)

So, over there they actually split you up according to the "Superstar" you support. That night (which is this coming Wednesday night) there were Derrick, Leon, Sebastian and the disgusting one.

When I arrived at the TV Reception, we seated for awhile and saw mountains of kids all around us. We suddenly felt very young, like 14 years young.

Then suddenly a very much older man appeared in front of me with posters and banners. I was thinking, wah, power. So I looked up and found that he look familiar! I thought for a long time and suddenly remembered! I filmed him for one of my projects! He was one of my interviewee! So I called out to him and talked to him for a short while. Apparently, his son is one of the superstars revival contestant, Leon Lim! And to show him face, we took a few posters. So that's how we became Leon's fan. Eh, there are girls around us who were JEALOUS ok!? They were like saying: "Look at the poster....So nice.... I want..."

So, after a looooonnnnng and aaagggooonnniiizzziiinnnggg wait we were being shuffled like walking tunas into the recording hall (the process is much longer but too lazy to type out all that we went through. Suffice to say the organisation is thoroughly disappointing, as was the crowd warmer whom I think should be sacked.)

We sat down and was so excited, waiting for the show to start. Then we realised from the stupid floor manager that we are actually sitting in the other contestant's area! So, we have to move upstairs! No way are we going to do that man! What cheek, ask us to move?! We did something really 没良心 (lacking conscience)... We told them we are Sebastian's supporters and hid ALL our Leon's posters, hoping his father doesn't see us.

OH, and Leon's brother Garrett is actually very good looking. His father actually let him run part of his business and when I knew him he was already running the business. He was only, I think, 25... (what the...)

When the show started at 7:30pm (on ticket it was written 6pm...) all the cheering started for safety shots etc and when Derrick sang, he was so good, we cheered for him too. So in essense we cheered for Derrick, Leon and Sebastian. We even screamed Sebastian's Chinese name which shows how desperate we are in trying not to get "kicked" upstairs. 伟强，伟强，伟强，伟强，伟强... I felt so thoroughly chao ah lian...

Now, the show went like this.

M1 = Derrick
M2 = Leon Lim
M3 = Sebastian
M4 = it's too painful to type his name

M1 and M2 sang duet.

M1 = Derrick
Not too bad. He got very high marks. Only 0.5 less than Xie Wei Choong's highest score from judges and Lee Wei Song even said :"我无话可说了”which meant he sang very very very well. Only Xie Wei Choong's 39.5 beat him ok! Uberpower! He's quite cute also, even my guy friend said so which means he's a real 小可爱. His fans-see are super power. Hand-made posters and name cut-outs. Also, brought plush toys and whistles. Very 团结, very united. If the superstar wins by the loudness of the screams, he win already.

M2 = Leon 林昱志
Got to cheer for him because I know his father lah. Must give him a bit of face. Come to think of it, both their sons do not look like the parents leh... Don't care lah. So, he sang his solo and he did pretty well. Just that eyes got no expression. But overall, 0.5 lower than M1. Got hope! Oh, I promised his parents to vote for him... His posters all very sai lay 犀利 one, very good quality. The printing and paper quality is even better than those my hospital use for the high-end events ok! And the banner damn long, stretch for about 8 seats. Got many many young girls supporting him also. Confirm rich father spend a lot to print those posters. Heard from his mom that the posters cost a lot, printed at Hougang dunnowhere... Oh, do you know supporters for superstar have a theme? Leon's theme is school uniform. Duh.


M3 and M4 sang duet. Poor thing, they sang 豆浆油条. Already Sebastian lost liao. Cos this is not even his style! He CANNOT sing cute cute songs like this! I think, seriously, it's the other blockhead nincompoop who forced him to sing this song if not he won't choose to sing it. His previous one 忠孝东路走九遍with CWL was so good because it's his style! Anyway, he failed the duet lah. Starting already 走音. And I hate the other sissified meatloaf...

M3 = Sebastian 伟强
I saw his sister. Also like him, eyes 3mm. I think if they look at cinema screen must look twice: once to see the top half of the screen, then tilt down the head in order to see the lower half. If not, cannot see full screen all at one go... His supporters' theme is baby blue. In the preview shots when he was kicked out got one girl knelt in front of him, hugged him and CRIED ok!? WAH! Nothing to say. Solo he sang 当你孤单你会想起谁. I, of course, sang along. I realized. Even if your vocals are not too good but if you choose a popular song and you are pretty decent (not like the banal nitwit M4) you will gain some supporters. However, very sad, Sebastian does not really have a lot of supporters and strangely, I can only hear boys scream. Eh..... So, his score was no good. He has a 4 from one of the judges. But because of stupid oxtail M4, I support 伟强 TOTALLY! I choose to believe he is so affected by the duet and that made him totally lose confidence for the solo. I think, with such a deep voice at such a young age and quite a unique face, he can be groomed (unlike some green amoeba). He's actually quite cute, small eyes, small face, small body...BUT DEEP VOICE! Something different! Go, 伟强, Go! Go, 伟强, Go! Go, 伟强, Go!

M4 = imbecile dunderhead
I don't even want to waste time writing about him since he's such an abysmal being from some unnamed galaxy so I'll attempt to write the longest nonsensical sentence which starts with the green cow jumping over the blue moon and spots Chang Er and the rabbit that leads it to make friends with them and asking them for some food because it's really hungry but only to realize they only have blue cheese which is not very good for the cow's blood type because according to Peter D'adamo's book Eat Right For Your Type blue cheese is a BAD food for it's blood type that caused it to have a terrible tummy ache so he has to detour at planet Blanderboo to use their loo and problem is over there they do not use loos but chose to do it in the fields and that made the very civilised cow squirmed in horror and he jumped with the bad tummy ache to the unnamed galaxy and found some ignoramus moron who has tonnes of supporters who don green and it shrieked in horror as their green is the same as his green so he asked them "Why are you all wearing green" and they replied by pointing to the Master Nitwit and he made green cow go into an uncontrolled fit which made him threw up everything until it's no longer green.

OK, that's all. And sorry for spoiling the show but yeah, it was a great experience and I screamed until I 头晕. The recording ended at 8.30pm. So freaking late...

Now on my office door is the very nice poster of Leon Lim Yu Zhi M2. I really really 没良心.

But deep in my heart, I will always be supporting...
