Shopping in Syracuse
Let me explain my new banner picture.No I didn't have the desire to be 5 years old again and no, I didn't ride on any horses.
The truth is I went shopping. Yes, shopping outside Ithaca is big deal because there is literally NO shopping malls here in Farmland. And the mall in question is called Carousel Mall, which explains this in the mall:

And since I'm in such a conducive place for retail therapy, I naturally bought quite a number of things:

Shopping at Syracuse: Priceless
You see, I wanted to go there to buy a heavy duty, water proof jacket but ended up buying everything EXCEPT the heavy duty, water proof jacket.
But you see, the very good one that I saw cost a freaking $135! I bought and paid already, whole day shopping got one lump kept going up and down my throat can? Then, I did the most stupid (or wise) thing. Two hours after I bought the jacket, I returned it. I gave them some stupid excuse about my cousin giving hers to mine and I just found out 10 minutes ago... Anyway, I returned the jacket, got my money back. And when I returned to Ithaca, it started raining and brilliant me didn't bring my umbrella. That's when I regretted returning the jacket.
Fast forward.
I went online and found another jacket from another store for $35. It was on sale, and furthermore it's for Kid's. I bought the Extra Large size, hoping it fits. Will let you know when it arrives in the mail.
You saw the cute stuffs among my shopping? Cute or not? Haha... Three very blessed people will get them in the mail. Better be nice to me...

Short post. Surprised?
Got to sleep. Went jogging. Did my laundry. Wrote a tedious paper. The bright moment of the day was that my landlady cooked me dinner. She's real nice. And the dogs barked non-stop. I think it's because of the weather. It's getting cold.
And now I'm experimenting with stuffs in photoshop which I've never touched before. Really fun.
After spending so much money, think I'll eat bread for the next two months.

woman... you must be joking can... shoes for $6.50???? for real or not? and 1st hand some more? dun care whether in sing or US dollars, it's still cheap lah.. can't even buy a pair of bata shoes here for that kind of price.. damn disgusting... i oso wanna go there!!!! and SHOP SHOP SHOP SHOP!!!!!!!!!!!!
Shiok hor? Shoes are brand new. US$6.90. Original price was US$9 but the salesgirl found a little pen mark on the shoe (I couldn't even see it) and gave me a damage discount. Old Navy, Super Steady.
