The Agenda

Remember I talked about how my agenda looked like with 4 weeks of school left?

Well, now there's 2 more weeks of school, it miraculously looks like this:
.
.
.
.
.
GROUP PROJECTS: 3

INDIVIDUAL ASSIGNMENTS: 0

REFLECTION PAPERS: 3
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
Doesn't the '0' look good?

I really was looking forward to the day when I can write the '0'.

ZERO. NO MORE.

I'm going through American Idol Fever Phase right now.

I was just watching the episodes, listening to people like Ace, Chris ma' love, Taylor, McPhee/McGhee, Pickler etc...

Then it occurred to me.

You know how American Idol usually has Theme nights? Like country, rock and roll etc.?

This year, they mostly have Tribute nights, like songs from a certain singer or group.

It dawned on me just yesterday when I was talking to Uma (who happened to be from my extended family, according to Facebook), that the Tributes are all to Men.

Like Stevie Wonder.

Like Queen.

Like Rod Stewart.

I think this is extremely unfair to the ladies. They have to work doubly hard to belt out those songs that do not necessarily fit their vocals or outlook.

But then again if they manage to work it (Make it work! - Tim Gunn), they are awesome, like Kelly Pickler with Bohemian Rhapsody.

So, I think Fox should come up with a Tribute to the Lady Singers night.

Like Alanis Morisette.

Like Tracy Chapman.

Like The Fugees.

It will be a night to watch.

DO YOU AGREE???
