Caught Up
I'm so caught up with everything. It's officially one and a half weeks.
One and a half weeks before this semester is OVER.
Praise the Lord for fitting me with survival skills and fast-speed-typist fingers. Churning out all those reports, assignments, and papers is not easy.
.....
I killed a bug this morning.
This bug has been bothering me for a whole week already.
It buzzed around my ceiling, travelled in and out of my window. It's as if my room was its NY Wonderland.
So when I woke up this morning (You see, I really didn't want to do this. Waking up in the morning was never really my forte.), I went to open my window to check the weather outside.
Lo and bloody behold!
THAT BUG WAS RESTING ON MY CURTAIN!
This it it! I took a tissue paper and went towards the big-ass bug.
I don't really know, and I don't really care what type of insect it is.
It may be harmless, it may be harmful. I don't care.
IT WAS IRRITATING ME!
For those of you who care: the bug was big. the bug was ugly. the bug had six legs. the bug looked like a shrunken, brown grasshopper.
THE BUG IS NOW DEAD.
I murdered it.
I am a bug-murderer.
I took a big-ass tissue, walked towards it, covered it, and squeezed it with all the might the Almighty God blessed me with.
I am happy to say that the bug is now in Bug Heaven.
Rest in peace, my short-lived friend.
It's body is now buried under all the trash in my trash can.
Memorial service will be held tonight.
.....
OK so is anyone watching American Idol?
Don't you think CHRIS-THE-CUTIE-DAUGHTRY is like the cutest and coolest man on the planet!!!
OH MAN! He's hot!!!
And he sang "Have you ever really loved a woman" from that Don Juan DeMarco show....
He is so good!!!!!!
I hope he wins!
.....
I went to the gym today. Good workout!
And I am now working my ass off. At the library.
I have THREE reflection papers due next week.
They even have page requirements - three to seven freakin' pages.
For those of us who've been through the American Liberal Arts college hoolabaloo experience you know what I'm talking about.
So it's like writing your experience and what you've learnt for the whole semester for your professor to grade.
I think it's more like "Kaypoh" paper.
This is one thing I don't understand. Why call it "reflection paper"?
Isn't reflection supposed to be an individual "throwing back" of an image? Meaning, shouldn't a reflection be ME looking at MYSELF?
OK. So what's the point of looking at someone's reflection? I might as well look right at you!
Tell me, am I right or wrong?
They should just call them PROGRESS REPORTS. Then it makes sense...
Yeah, no sense at all. Writing reflection papers... THREE OF THEM!
Now I'm taking a break from writing reflection papers and writing a post.
Hey wait! I haven't even started writing my reflection paper yet!
Great.
I think the library should name a computer after me, since I'm here so much...
(btw, the radio is playing all the Queen songs.... Perfect for the study week! We are the champions my friends....)
